Amsterdam-based artist Munay blends soulful house with 90s, deep basslines and uplifting percussion that create a dreamy atmosphere. Her Peruvian roots and affinity with the origins of house in Chicago & Detroit influence her sets to create a unique warmth, always focused on groove and connecting the dance floor.
After personal encouragement from house legend Kerri Chandler, she pursued DJing full-time, studying sound design and co-founding Follow the Dopamine Agency to contribute to the house culture she fell in love with. Having played at Shelter, Bret, Skatecafé, Yellow House, Benelux Bar, Woodstock, Volkshotel and Sissi's, Munay has quickly become a vibrant presence in Amsterdam's scene.
Following her debut June, she continues to embody FtD's core values — creative freedom, authenticity and breaking bubbles — to create dance floors where togetherness and celebrating life thrives.
